Sleepwalker Species Guide

Description

EDIT: do you ever work really hard on something and then turn around again and see it and it's like uuGHHH this is terrible. Sorry. I'm redoing.

No joke though guys I have been working on this forever and I am SO glad it is complete. Even though it's missing PLENTY of info simply because I can't stop the ideas from coming. However, you're allowed to ask about anything not explicitly answered in the guide itself.

Now I just have to redo the trait, height/subspecies, and color guides! *Single Tear* I didn't even have the space to fit a fullbody visual of a Sleepwalker on here and this is the flipping GUIDE.

Anyways, now for a short info repost~

Sleepwalkers are a kind of creature that feed on bad dreams. When awake, they protect sleeping beings and consume the negative energy of nightmares that is given off and store it in their tail orb, where they convert it to positive dream mist. If the orb breaks then the sleepwalker becomes corrupt and turns into a Nightmare breather. These are extremely rare and consume the positive energy of dreams instead. Sleepwalkers are sexless and usually prefer whatever pronouns fit their personalities. A sleepwalker is born when someone has their first lucid dream and take the form of whatever it was that the dreamer was imagining.

It is the most common for them to have 6 legs (3 on each side) and 3 eyes. The back and front pairs of legs are the strongest and are used for walking and running. The middle pair are for holding onto things. The 2 eyes on the sides of the head are used for seeing when asleep, and the 1 eye in the middle of their forehead is used for seeing dream mist trails and auras while awake. Sleepwalkers are generally very righteous and will defend innocent creatures from harm when they can. When the tail orb is full of dream mist, the sleepwalker will disperse it, granting pleasant dreams to anyone in the area.
